Apartamentos Rurales Playa del Canal is located in the town of Villanueva de Pría. This is a country area on the coast of Llanes and one of the privileged locations that still preserves the country flavour of the Council of Llanes, on the Eastern Coastline of Asturias.

The entire mansion, built on the foundations of an ancient Asturian house, has been divided into independent apartments with direct access to the garden. It stands on a private 5,000 square metre estate that is very close to natural beaches that still exist in the area, such as the one that shares its name with the establishment and that is located in the town itself.
